This is what I want to do on my bike. klx needle and jet kit 3 brothers pipe and muffler 14 tooth sproket also taking dremal to fairing and rear fender and then geting rid of rear pegs no need for them and geting rid of alot of rear sub frame. not needed and going to air box off KX and IMS 6.6 gas tank and KTM front fender. and 4 LED Motorcycle Turn Signals and led brake light.
Live in Tellico Plains Tennessee it is 50/50 riding have a 606 and love it so I lean more to dirt ride pavement to get to dirt. So is the springs a hot set up or should I do a fork swap? And going to ninja 1200 rear brake caliper just got it off ebay cheap anuff so going to try it. And is big bore kit worth the $$$ and how much is it and where?:confused:

Sounds like a sweet plan to me.
However I can't comment on how anything will work except that I use the rear pegs a lot on the hwy to get another position for my legs.

I guess the new hot set up is Progressive front springs with cartridge emulators. And the Cogent Dynamics Moab Shock on the rear. There have been a few write ups on the www.klrworld.com site.

I just scored a spare rear wheel with a 606 on it. Currently sitting next to my refrigerator. Can't wait to try it out.
