I don't think it's in Michigan either but now I'm curious now so I'll be watching for the correct answer. It looks like a YouTube video on dangerous roads that was sent to me once.

Looking at the pic. My gut reaction was China or Spain. They say go with your gut,so I would guess RLF is right!
