Emergency road service?? What do you recommend?

I am planning several trips on my 09 KLR in the coming months and wanted to know what emergency road service you recommend. I have discovered that several major insurance providers don't offer this for motorcycles. Appreciate all help and advise. Phil

AMA has emergency roadside assistance as a perk for its members. I never had to use the service, so can't vouch for its quality. They give you a little card with a number to call wherever you might be and I think it covers towing/transport of your motorcycle to the nearest dealership maybe? I'm sure more info could be found on the AMA web site.

Welcome to the forum!

I'm my emergency road service! I carry the tools to fix a flat and repair the likely stuff. I do carry a Spot but have never needed to use it for rescue.

Thanks, have any on you had any experience with MTS (motorcycle towing service)?

Spec, thanks for the input. I too carry tools but there are possible times that it would be nice to have additional assistance. Phil

Talking Join ROK

I am a member of ROK, which provides emergency road service. I am also a member of AAA and purchased the additional emergency road service for motorcycles and RV's.
No complaints!
Don't wait until you need help.
