Day Ride to Mt. Ranier

So I had the afternoon off today, thought I'd take a leisurely ride up to Paradise in Mt. Ranier National Park. Weather was sunny and in the 70-80's with hardly a cloud in the sky. I started out near Lacey, WA, Drove through Eatonville and out 706 to the Park. Stopped by Alder lake for a few quick pics along the way:

After stopping at the lake took another picture or two before entering the national park.

And on into the park

A few pics up at Paradise near the visitors center

Before ending the day I had to do a little dirt pack riding, rode a ways on FS Rd 92 just out of Ashford

All in all it was a good afternoon to get out, and a great ride!

Nice pics! Looks like a great day trip. Were you able to get in the park from Ashford on your ride? My friend and I were on a 3 day trip in June and we came up on our last day from the campground in Mossy rock and planned to go through Ashford and connect onto 123 and 410 then back home through Enumclaw, but we were told at the General Store there that the road was washed out and we wouldn't be able to get all the way to 123/410...
