I live down in the LA area. I ride up to SLO/Atascadero/Cholame area a couple of times a year, usually to take a roundabout way to Buttonwillow Raceway over at the 5 and Lerdo Highway or to spend a couple of days at Lake Santa Margarita. I went through Carrizo on a ride up to LSM last year.

My wife has a KLR also and this was taken in April at an overlook at Talkeetna Alaska. We live in Wasilla and like to ride up there for coffee.
