The ride on Sunday, in Panamá

The ride on Sunday, to the house on the mountain, in the Valley of Antón, an extinct volcano. We went down a road in the central mountain range. We are in the rainy season so the greenery is exuberant and the weather is pleasant. We were at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. We went 4 bikes. We had breakfast in the town of La Chorrera, lunch was in the Valley at a Chinese restaurant Pekin, and we refreshed in the Cantina with a Balboa beer, which were especially cold. The distance traveled was 200 miles in total and the return to the city was under a heavy downpour. We arrived drenched but satisfied.

The man on top of the mountain didn’t fall there.
