Central Ohio Tech-day

I'm trying to get an idea of who would be interested in a tech day Near Columbus, OH? I have a couple people who have expressed an interest and I figured it was worth further exploring.
I have a 30X50 pole barn with a concrete floor that we can work in and five acres with some obsticles to test them on. I am currently seeing how Saturday,Nov 18th works for people but I am open to suggestions as to better location and better date. I'm located West of Columbus north on Rt 56 in Clark County.

So post up the ideas and if you are interested in attending. Since this is not a professional deal there is no cost associated other than parts you bring and gas to get here.

Are you going to have Doo tools, valve shims, and such available? I don't need them, but most folks coming to a tech day are going to want to do one of a few things: doo, valves, subframe, bearings, T-mod, maybe a few other things. Some of that stuff is easy with regular tools abut the valves require specific shimis and the doo tools are unique.

As I said in your ADV post, I can be there any Sat if it starts early enough.

Unfortionatly I don't have specialized tools like that. I have full socket sets, alum wrenches, tire spoons, wrenches, etc. I don't even have a bike lift, just a car jack. I'm thinking you have a good point about specialized tools and professional experience. I have neither, just an available place to do this out in the country and close to Columbus.
I guess that's why I'm seeing who's interested. :?:

If you get it set up and need the doo tools, or shims, I could/would send or bring them to you.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life.

Thanks for the assist. Right now interest seems real low however? This might just become a come hang out at Lukes' place rally.

We already had one, but I'm sure to try again this spring. I'll post when we start planning it out.

I'm back in Columbus for a couple of years - Would like to meet other ADV riders, maybe even a KLR tech day.
