Agreed but for clarity for people not familiar, I'd expand and say that the T-Bob isn't just for better/faster warm ups but the biggest change it makes is to greatly reduce the delta T between incoming and outgoing coolant to the cylinder thereby almost eliminating "cold shocking" the cylinder as Merritt64 mentioned. Those that haven't should take a read on Bill's site and look at the temperature graphs, it's quite the change:
