Thumbs up (PA) Valley Forge National Historical Park - Route 23

Heading from direction of Washington's HQ towards Washington Memorial Chapel on Route 23: Red KLR (2005-2007), KLR rider - large frame gent grey hair/beard, sunglasses riding with a couple others, one cruiser. Appeard to be having a great timne on his bike.
