Sausalito green '08

In Sausalito yesterday picking up my son from camp, 3:45 or so, and saw a green 08. Looked pretty ghetto-road warrior... fairing all held together with tape. Rear box held on with 1000 zip ties. Not sure who this guy is....

I'm glad you and your child managed to escape anything worse than the emotional scarring left by such a sight. You might try eye bleach. Were you near any kind of homeless shelter, Goodwill, mission? It is spectacles like this that have caused 40 states to invoke statutes that provide for the carrying of concealed weapons. It could be worse. They could have access to a computer.

Every society seems to have it's dark side.

Did you try to flag me down? What camp? If it is still going on and you're gonna be in town again let me know.

This is funny, but it is also entirely possible I am the baddest ass thing in Sausalito.

A KLR 1%'er?

I think one part of the initiation is to steal waitresses tips.

He was at a kayak camp for a week. You were just up ahead of us, so I think we would have just caused a wreck. Thought it was pretty funny that you mentioned nobody ever gets "spotted" on this forum.

I will definitely let you know if I am in that area again. We might be back to go on a night kayak trip under the bridge. You should take the wife, it's really fun and easy. Check out Seatrek kayaking.

That is some kind of strange permutation of a non sequitur, I think. I am very confused...

vatrader, I'm more of a 2%er. Like my milk strong.

Dave, for sure, let me know. I'll check out the kayaking. (and you're right, that's funny....never seen one of these work out...granted, we're practically neighbors, but still...)

Mark, I love that riding pic.

Tom, I got Sausalito locked. Marin city? Nope, not the baddest dude there.
