For what it is worth, I have had three orders from 3D Cycle Parts and all were delivered promptly. my experience with 3D Cycle Parts to date has been very positive. I can’t comment on those situations where people have had problems. Just saying .
Same here. Multiple orders without issue.
Having said that, I’ve never processed a return thru 3D tho…

That’s the norm with most places. Two companies I buy from, Botach and Optics Planet, have been flawless in my opinion. Other customers wont return. Same goes for Rocky Mountain, there have been members here posting they’ll never buy there again. Inconceivable! 😉
 
What’s crazy to me is that this isn’t a case of poor customer service, this is a case of them knowingly keeping the product I returned and my money. There is no way they haven’t seen my emails, my phone calls, or my FB messenger messages. Before this return I have bought several other products from them and every time I would send them an email about a product I got a response within a few hours, a day at most. Now that I need my refund all of a sudden they don’t reply?

I honestly can’t believe any small business would pull something like this. As someone whose family runs a small business, we take pride in what we do. I always try to purchase from small businesses whenever I can to help my fellow people out.
Yeah, this doesn't sound good at all.
I won't be buying anything from 3D Cycle Parts.

To all commenting “I had no issues with them with my order.” Ok that does not mean crap. That’s what a business is supposed to do, ship you items you paid for.

In a situation when customers need support is where the true colors of a business shines.
In my case not only did keep my return, they kept my money. As if because y’all got your items the company is A OK.. smh
 
View attachment 46321 Well today they closed my ticket, so at this point there’s no way to deny they know. No refund. No reply, just closed. At this point this is straight theft.
Maybe the refund is in progress.
If so, it may take a couple days to process.

It's not. As soon as someone submits a refund on PayPal, paypal emails me saying refund is on the way.
Furthermore, they DID NOT REPLY to ANY of my messages, phone calls, open support ticket.

Stop making excuses for a crappy business.

Vegas we know your frustrated and you should be, however I dont think KLRMULe is one to give 3D any excuses. I think he's trying to be optimistic about you receiving a refund. He is one of the good guys around here in my opinion.

Understood.

Well they just replied to my PayPal claim and are offering to refund me HALF of what I paid for the order. WTF!!
 
I see bankruptcy in a certain business’s future. This is starting to smell like a revenue issue rather than just poor CS.
He is long overdue, I cant help but Hate on that guy. I wish i was better than that but he really irks the F out of me. Takes people money then acts like he's doing the community a favor. Then takes advantage of them.

Honestly this is exactly why I am pissed. It's really not about the money, its about the principle.

I don't understand how in his mind its ok to refund the customer less than HALF of what I paid for the items. ALSO no mention of this during our email exchange in the beginning about me returning the items. Keep in mind I returned everything as I received it, brand NEW.
