While taking off my instrument cluster I managed to brake off the threaded portion of one of the mounting studs. I still have the threads so I'm hoping a repair can be done.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to repair this?

Thanks, guys.

No way that I know of to reattach the threads, permanently.

Have you checked a parts screen to see if Kaw sells the lower case separately?

Purchase a used gauge assembly with an unbroken lower case and trade out your internal parts.

If it were mine I would file the end where the threaded stud broke off flat and centre punch it and drill and tap it then make a threaded stud to go in the newly threaded hole.
i was going to say suggest something similar. I was going to say drill and tap the existing shank. Build and thread in another threaded rod into the existing shank. If the existing shank is stainless it may be super difficult to accomplish without access to a lathe or other shop tools
