I havea otter box defender on my phone(Galaxy S9) the Ram Mount Quick-Grip has served me very well. The phone has never came out even with hard pumps off road or all the off road spills I have had.
Though it has absolutely no vibration damping. They phone might as well be attached to the engine. Ram has something about this on there website. I don't know if they offer a solution never bothered to care as my phone doesn't need it.
