I'm a 2009 KLR rider. Some of my red plastics have faded so I went ahead and black plasti-dipped the offending parts. I got to admit I really like the look and was planning on doing the side fairings also, but at the moment I need to sell my beloved KLR (its in the Market Place if you're interested).
Anyway, back to the point, I'm also a graphic designer and before I decided to sell my bike I made a GS Adventure type of vinyl decal for KLR650's that I think would look great on a 2008+ KLR. Since I'm in the process of selling I'm not going to make any changes to the bike, but I didnt want to see the design go to waste so I wanted to see if there was interest out there for such a sticker. I have Photoshop mock ups showing the size and placement, but just need three more posts before I can upload them here.
So, is there any interest out there?
I'll just leave the printer file in eps format here so anyone can download it and either take it to your local print shop of choice or find a place online.
