This seller on Ebay sells a pretty nice kit for the money. Desmoparts It includes the well nuts (grommets) you mention.
For OEM parts like the turn signal stalks, I have had good experiences with Rocky Mountain ATV/MC and Revzilla.

 

I ordered from Desmoparts on Ebay. I bought both the body and engine all stainless hardware sets. The seller seemed like a very good guy!

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, Partzilla, Babbitt's, depending who has the OEM part cheaper. For aftermarket stuff, RMATV, Revzilla, and Procycle are all great. If they don't have something it's usually only available on the creator's own site.

 

It never hurts to inquire with your local Kawasaki Dealership, even if you feel the need to inquire if they can come close to matching on-line Kawasaki dealers.
When our shop was still a franchised Kawasaki Dealership, we would at least try to come close. Better to make some profit, rather than zero profit. Expect to pay on the spot, just like from on-line retailers.

 

There are a few items which will probably have to come from a dealer or from a scrapper (Ebay).
Harley had a network and would search other dealers for old parts.
I bought NOS parts for my 77 FLH as recent as 2019 direct from HD dealerships.

 

@34poynt5 I like the hex socket caps better than the standard hex fasteners. Over the last two years almost everything that I took apart got reassembled with the stainless fasteners. I also replaced most of the JIS fasteners (Japanese Industrial Standard) -the ones on metric bikes that look like Philips but actually aren't, with hex socket caps as well. Your local Ace hardware may have a great selection.

 

I've learned that grinding the tip of a Phillips head screw driver flat will help it fit the JIS screws better.
