Clogged exhaust

My exhaust seems restricted from buildup or whatever.
Broke the clean-out bolt head off so what do you folks do to clean it out /maybe replace and what with?
Is it a 51 tube,I see AlliExpress has plenty for under $80 they state to fit the KLR.

Not much differance between me totally blocking exhaust versus unblocked at 3K rpm.I have several other motorcycles and their is a distinct sound for all when exhaust is intentional blocked.My 06 KLR650 has that blocked sound as well.
Anyone off hand know what the header mm size is?
