I am officially member #54. I just stopped by to see what's happening here. I am seeing lot's of familiar names here. Are there any good bacon recipes here? :wink:

I'm not a huge bacon afficionado.. but my wife and I went to this place in Austin that mixes bacon into the pancake batter. AWESOME!

You wouldn't thing it'd be that good, but it's very tasty. Now, when the wife makes pancakes.. she always puts bits of bacon in the batter.

Thanks for the welcome guys. My wife makes an awesome breakfast pizza with lots of bacon.

Skip, the panake thing made me remember that my mom use to make bacon waffles that we all loved.

 

I'm going to an old, old resturant in Monroe, WI tomorrow before going out to blast with the CZ 52 I bought, and I'm having BACON!!!!

I think I'll load up the Ishy, too.. 8)
