Added a slightly used Barbie Bike to the pack. Not that I needed another KLR, but I wanted another '95 Barbie Bike. When the great recession came we took a serious hit and had to liquidate things, including my first '95 KLR650. After about 8 years and 40k miles across the southwest it was kind of an identity. It was sad to see her go.
So I've kinda been on the lookout for her replacement, and of course winter months are often the best time to buy used scooters - what with Christmas bills piling up and tax bills coming, and the cold-wet weather not so good for riding. Mama yelling at the old man to clean out the garage and get rid of that damn bike he never rides.
I was able to scoop this thing up early in January:
