I am trying to find an aftermarket kickstarter for my 2005 Klr250. However, I do not know the size of the round splined area. It seems like the common sizes for aftermarket are 13mm and 16mm. If anyone knows any ideal aftermarket kickstarters then please let me know. Thanks!

That would be a pretty rare find.
Maybe you ought to compare the KL250 part numbers to other models? If same size of shaft oil seal, look at those Kawasaki kick start pedals, that may have lot more durable pivot assembly.
